As a Vice-President of the Management Board and CFO, I was responsible for Finance, Strategy and M&A activities of Paged Group. Since joining the Company in 2010, we were able to execute a growth strategy for the capital group, which was a mix of M&A activities, integration, and an organic growth. We were able to scale operations of the business and achieve substantial EBITDA growth (5x since 2010), while keeping strong balance sheet. Europa Systems is a leading CEE designer and producer of dedicated internal transport systems. Europa System's equipment and systems are distinguished by the innovative technology, the highest quality of manufacture and attention to details.I was responsible for executing the M&A process in which Paged Group took control over Europa Systems. After closing the deal (Aug 2014, deal value: ~$35m), I was supervising the company (as Supervisory Board Member) in the post acquisition integration process with Group Paged and further development.Results: Significant equity value increase since closing the deal.

DTP is a non-performing loans (NPLs) company, with loans portfolio under management >$650mSupervised company since early growth phase (2011) through the public debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange (Apr 2014) and further sale process (2016).Result: DTP has been sold to PRA Group - US strategic investor, global leader in NPL's consumer debt business - in tender offer, transaction value: $45m).
