    I am currently the first Director of Communications for iCRYO, a rapidly growing health and wellness franchise in the top 25% of the Inc 5000. To accomplish this, iCRYO offers a wide variety of medical services and therapies, including cryotherapy, compression therapy, medical weight loss, and a variety of IV infusions. It is also in the process of rolling out new services such as regenerative medicine, DNA testing, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Prior to being recruited by iCRYO’s founder, Kyle Jones, I was the CMO and co-founder of Rapid Reboot®, an FDA-regulated medical device manufacturer specializing in the sports and retail health markets.Despite my title as Director of Communications, I wear a wide variety of hats. For example, I have been tasked with also coaching new franchisees through their presales phase, as well as assisting in the logistics of FF&E.This is in addition to my job responsibilities of managing a nearly 6-figure monthly ad budget across dozens of accounts, creating new marketing content, and communicating go-to-market or “roll-out” strategies for new services. During the presales phase of development, I help new franchisees plan and execute a number of marketing strategies and tactics to not only drive awareness, but also drive revenue through new guest sign-ups. These marketing efforts include traditional PR tactics (e.g., press releases), events, influencer marketing, radio and TV ads, billboards, and of course digital advertising — with an emphasis in lead generation — across Google and Meta.

    One of the many hats I wear at iCRYO is that of managing the creation and performance of digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google for dozens of iCRYO centers through its internal ad agency, Zenith. To do this, I coordinate a nearly 6-figure recurring monthly budget, or a million dollars in yearly ad spend. I report monthly performance to ownership, including from corporate to franchisees, design and initiate the creation of content, from graphic to video, for use in social media ad campaigns and elsewhere (e.g., NFL Hall of Fame x iCRYO Canton event tri-folds), and design lead generation through a range of ad campaigns, from awareness, traffic, retargeting, and search. My team is also responsible for researching and understanding UX on the website through tools like Clarity in order to optimize the site for conversions.On the digital ads side, I collaborate on the management of lead flow through the creation and integration of landing pages, lead forms, and automation with Zenoti, the company's POS software and franchisee CRM. Ads are designed to generate online bookings, new guest memberships, and recurring memberships to ultimately drive top-line revenue for each franchise location.In addition, I coach and guide new franchisees through the presales process of committing guests to monthly passes before their doors open and services can be offered. This entails helping them understand the sales process, select their tiered pass prices, pick events, network with like-minded businesses, and begin working with local influencers and media.

    During my time as Social Media Manager at DDM, I collaborated and coordinated with journalists, editors, web producers, and digital marketers at various stages of content production to expand its reach and impact across numerous accounts, as well as seamlessly incorporate advertising into the steady stream of published content. This required finding relevant leads, editing headlines and text, finding or commissioning images or videos, managing a budget, and constantly organizing innumerable news articles. Much of my attention was dedicated to growing the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube accounts for the Deseret News and Deseret News National Edition (now Deseret News InDepth (sic)), a national news website I helped launch in 2014. Using a variety of strategies and tactics, including PPC social media advertising and a focus on key performance metrics, I was able to grow these accounts by tens of thousands of followers: e.g., in two years the Deseret News Facebook page grew from less than 100k followers to more than 300k followers. I also worked closely with the FamilyShare team to produce social campaigns and grow its combined social media following to more than 114 million people. Together we produced and shared viral social media content that has been seen by hundreds of millions of people, including a short video I titled “It’s not about battery life — it's about real life,” that reached more than 200 million people and received more than 70 million views within a few weeks.
