My unique story begins with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, after which I entered a master’s program in organizational behavior management. While completing my graduate work I was employed by an online education provider, for whom I developed curriculum based on applied behavior analysis. It was during this period that I first demonstrated a talent for improving performance by recommending procedural and behavioral change. My work ultimately increased participation in online courses.Since that time, I have gained extensive experience in management, training, and process improvement for multiple employers across a range of industries. I enjoy and excel at analyzing both data and processes.
