- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding Amazon US Intellectual Property E-Commerce policies and concerns, and third-party intellectual property abuse. - Conduct investigations of Amazon sellers that are potentially violating US intellectual property law and/or Amazon selling policy. Take appropriate enforcement actions based on findings, and communicate to all stakeholders involved. - Converse with brands experiencing high levels of intellectual property abuse unchecked by existing enforcement standards. Develop personalized risk management strategy to eliminate brand abuse, coach brands on how to manage future instances of intellectual property abuse, and close any enforcement gaps discovered during the course of investigation. - Analyze internal intellectual property enforcement data and anecdotes to uncover new patterns of seller abuse. Engage cross-functional teams and develop risk management strategies to close company wide enforcement gaps.

- Serve as a point of contact for State Farm agents and other internal stakeholders regarding Personal Lines Fire policies in seven assigned states (AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, HI, CA). Use communication skills to create stakeholder alignment on business strategies and procedures, rate filings, underwriting philosophies, and enterprise catastrophe management.- Conduct catastrophic event risk assessment for State Farm business operations via data metrics and emergency reports. Develop risk management strategies for policyholders at risk of catastrophic loss, rapidly implement business activity moratoriums to execute loss prevention and business continuity solutions and communicate these actions to multiple stakeholders.- Research and resolve regulatory and customer complaints concerning Fire Insurance policies, via written and verbal communication- Audit, Research, and test Personal Lines business initiatives as directed by Underwriting management. Report findings or recommendations to applicable divisional leader stakeholders.- Analyze property inspections for change in risk and develop loss mitigation strategies for policyholders deemed highly susceptible to future loss.
