Meetings and Incentive trips Since 2003 I have worked in conjunction with corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies. I have been involved with both sales meetings and corporate incentive trips. Each work assignment involves many different positions in order to provide successful results for the event. I have fulfilled multiple roles, including:Lead Travel Director: Oversee all areas of the event in order to provide a successful program, manage and schedule on-site travel directors. Work directly with client, hotel or venue and all vendors to ensure a smooth operation.Registration and Hospitality Desk: Responsible for collating all collateral materials and participant name badges. Hospitality oversight.Transportation: Work directly with contracted destination management company to ensure all arrival and departure information is accurate. Coordinate logistics for event activities. Meetings: Become familiar with the meeting space layout and requirements requested by client. Assist multiple meeting presenters with all facets of general sessions and individual break out meetings. Food and Beverage: Work directly with venue to ensure that all banquet event orders are correct and fulfilled. Oversee functions for timeliness and accuracy.Rooms: Manage a list to provide accurate account of all participants hotel room nights and the costs associated. Billing: Verify billing information for accuracy with hotel and vendors.

As Kricial Onsite Representative (KOR) managing all logistics for medical staff deployed to Texas for emergency Covid-19 response from advocating to disciplining. Responsibilities include hotel management, transportation coordination, arrivals, shift transfers, demobilizations, timesheet review and authorization, daily reporting to Krucial corporate and state agency BCFS, as well as disseminating and collecting all essential information to and from medical staff.
