• Go-Live Support Analyst for implementation of Dovetale, a multimillion dollar information technology transition project joining compassion with technology across St. Joseph’s Healthcare system to provide better patient care• Member of Technical Dress Rehearsal team building and testing over 4000 new and existing workstations, as well as peripheral devices, to ensure they have access to required Dovetale functionality for their respective Hospital or Clinical area and are successfully mapped to printers in Epic • Proficiency in navigating, operating, and troubleshooting Epic clinical software and related devices• Support learning to help healthcare workers and staff to adapt to new hospital software and related devices and provide real-time assistance related to software and devices on clinical units and across the hospital

• Worked on several projects related to improving employment opportunities for individuals’ with developmental disorders• Responsible for developing a skills and abilities profile database for assessments conducted in Autism LifePath Project examining job fit, interviewing employers in the Halton and Hamilton region about hiring people with ASD or developmental disabilities, qualitative content analysis of employer interview transcripts, and drafting translated final research reports for families involved in two studies – the Job-Train Program and the Ontario Trillium Grant Study

Cashiers not only help to facilitate the purchasing and packaging of various customer orders, they also function to ensure that customers are satisfied with their in-store experience, inform customers of their loyalty program options, and answer any customer questions about store products, prices, policies, and services available. As the last employee interaction that many customers will have, cashiers have the last opportunity to provide a good customer service experience, and as a result have the ability to positively alter customer perceptions about their complete in-store experience. Customer service clerks and helpers have additional responsibilities for selling OLG lottery tickets, processing customer returns and dealing with customer complaints, counting floats throughout and at the end of the business day, supervising the floor, and managing other front end employees.
