While at Pfizer, I was involved in multiple discovery areas, including oncology, obesity, atherosclerosis, diabetes, cardiovascular and multiple rare disease indications. Contributions have led to the discovery of 14 agents that have entered clinical trials, including the liver-selective ACC inhibitor clesacostat, which is currently in Ph 2 for the treatment of NASH. I served as a Research Project Leader for multiple Pfizer programs, with cross-disciplinary responsibility for driving teams to clinical candidate identification.
