Draft, review, and staff policy, directives, and guidance as it relates to the space domain and Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) support to the Combatant Commands, specifically U.S. Space Command. Create tailored products and material concerning DIE equities as it relates to U.S. Space Command and the space domain (i.e. read-ahead books, information papers, briefings, etc.) to support OUSD(I&S) senior leadership engagements with National, Interagency, Departmental, and International leaders and organizations. Review intelligence planning documents; participate in planning groups; and coordinate with DIE agencies/Intelligence Community (IC) to ensure U.S. Space Command equities are integrated into national and strategic intelligence priorities, operations, activities, and investments. Support multiple community forums designed to coordinate policy, directives, and guidance to shape DIE operations, activities, and investments that directly support the CCMD’s ability to execute assigned tasks and missions. Coordinate defense intelligence input across the Department for issues associated with requirements, capabilities, investments, policy, outreach initiatives, and governance of intelligence operations and analysis, as it relates to the space domain. Prepare for and coordinate oversight visits to U.S. Space Command by OUSD(I&S) senior leaders and officials. Review, understand, support and advocate U.S. Space Command resource requirements within multiple forums (i.e. Joint Manpower Validation Process, OMNIBUS reprogramming, etc.) to ensure the CCMD is able to execute assigned tasks and missions.

Direct planning teams to ensures space intelligence equities are integrated into strategic and operational-level military planning and execution. Provides support to campaign, contingency, and crisis planning and identifies intelligence resourcing gaps and shortfalls and develops mitigation strategies. Integrates intelligence products and services supporting the Joint Planning Process (JPP). Synchronizes intelligence cycle supporting collection, analysis, production, and targeting in the JPP. Facilitates coordination of space intelligence with interagency, intelligence community, and partner nations.

Analyze current political/military issues within the Indo-Pacific Region to increase understanding of U.S. Marine Corps Senior Leadership. Coordinate Senior USMC leadership international engagement activities with key Allied/Partner Nations. Coordinate USMC strategy and policies regarding Security Cooperation activities within the Indo-Pacific Region. Communicate with Indo-Pacific military officials regarding USMC security cooperation policies, programs, and activities within the region.

Coordinated and planned U.S. military support to Department of State requirements (Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief, Non-combatant Evacuation, Force Protection, etc.). Facilitated communication between Pakistan Army and NATO Resolute Support senior military officials. Coordinated Key Leader Engagements between senior U.S. Military Officials and Government of Pakistan Officials.

Mentored Senior Afghan Military Officers within the Afghan National Army Special Operations Command on intelligence planning and operations within a high threat conflict environment. Assessed current capabilities within the command and proposed realistic corrective solutions and programs. Communicated U.S. and International Security Force objectives with Afghan senior leaders to synchronize efforts. Assisted in the development of programs and policies to support U.S. counter threat and force protection efforts.

Provided oversight and direction to a diverse office of 50 military and civilian personnel. Provided training and operational oversight for the regional headquarters and the 19 subordinate Marine Corps Embassy Security Guard Detachments throughout Western Europe, Northern Africa, and Canada. Conducted semi-annual inspections across five functional areas; embassy security operations, morale and welfare financial management, enlisted mess financial management, supply accountability, and USMC personnel and administration management.

Supervised 120 technically diverse Marines in the tactical employment and integration of air defense sensors and missiles utilizing organic single and multi-channel communication assets into the broader joint force air defense architecture.
