Robert articled with a large, national law firm where he gained extensive advocacy experience in the areas of general civil, commercial and construction litigation law with experience in corporate, commercial, construction administrative, municipal, insurance, tort, personal injury, aboriginal and electoral litigation.

While summering, Robert was seconded to the Competition Bureau where he was involved in providing an analysis of Canada’s unique approach to competition law as well as reviewing the mandate of the Competition Bureau’s Toronto office.As a second year summer student, Robert performed all sorts of legal research and preparation.
