From military medicine to Industrial Hygienist, I am highly qualified in hazard recognition and mitigation. The balance of field time, science nerd time, data management and engineering controls is what drew me to IH and Safety. The opportunities to interact with the employees and understand the safety culture from the bottom up and top down viewpoints is what keeps me motivated to further my knowledge and provide high quality professional assistance while being a voice for both sides. Providing a individualized why behind the what and seeing that glint of understanding in my audiences is one of the highlights of the field.
