About Robert Dül

Having been diversely engaged within the business development arena for nearly twenty years, in 2016 I embarked on a career as a lawyer. It was through my commercial involvement with various stakeholders that my interest in law emerged, as competing interests within business environments required careful negotiation, largely within a legal landscape.I am currently employed as a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia, Canada. The majority of my legal practice has been in commercial law, estate litigation, insurance defence and family law, independently running busy case load and appearing at many levels of adjudicatory courts from tribunals to the BC Supreme Court.Through the course of my professional lifetime, I have focused on streamlining internal company procedures, revitalizing struggling enterprises, identifying and promoting revenue streams, managing public awareness, and marketing new ideas. I have principled two distinct small businesses in the United States and Canada that often worked in consort. The projects to which I have contributed vary from constructing hospitals to organizing promotional events; from managing the day-to-day operations of surgical facilities and advising the private business practices of renowned physicians, to producing strategic marketing tools for innovative new products.Specialties: Business Expansion & DevelopmentClient Program Design & Growth StrategiesRevenue Cycle ImprovementCorporate RevitalizationOperational AnalysisEmployee MotivationLong-Term Strategic Planning ObjectivesCost & Quality Management Systems AnalysisCapital Equipment Evaluation, Prioritization & Procurement Risk Management Facility Construction Consultation & Liaison Legal Services CoordinationAccounts Payable & Facility Cash Flow ManagementLoan, Lease & Financing Arrangement
