At XINTEC, we pioneer the development of products that reduce the risk of financial exposure for our customers, particularly with regard to acts of fraud being perpetrated against them.Starting out as Business Development Manager, I was initially responsible for sales and marketing within the company. Working with a dedicated team, the company acquired some excellent customers which has allowed us to grow, becoming a well respected and trusted vendor within the telco industry. Over the past 7 years, I have worked my way through several positions to become the GM, reporting into the Board of Directors.

Reporting to the Managing Director, I was responsible for the development of the Moriarty brand including website development, logos, graphics, brand awareness etc. I was responsible for launching the Wind/Renewable Energy division of the company through media campaigns, trade shows and website development. I also participated in land identification and acquisition, planning & development and research in new areas of renewable energy.

Reporting directly to the CEO, I was responsible for the preparation and execution of capital raising presentations and seminars throughout Ireland to Private & Institutional Investors. Secured a number of investors and over €2 million in equity investment. I was responsible for the preparation of corporate finance documentation for distribution to Private & Institutional Investors.I prepared and presented feasibility studies for numerous developments throughout Spain and Bulgaria and produced Information Memorandums on these development projects. Negotiated numerous land acquisitions in Ireland, Spain and Bulgaria as part of our Structured Land Investment deals. I was also responsible for the LREG sales process which completed over 250 off-plan sales of apartments, townhouses and private villas throughout Spain and over 600 apartments on Bulgaria's Black Sea Coast.I negotiated Joint Venture agreements with two foreign Real Estate companies where we owned the majority of the companies.Resided in Bulgaria for 4 months where I was responsible for the sales & marketing and office setup for LREG.

Liaison contact for CEO in all negotiations with representatives of Campus Stadium Ireland Development on the set up National Aquatic Centre in relation to a design, build & operate contract, company set up, lease arrangements, tax structure and operation & maintenance of the centre.I also negotiated with accountants, legal teams and tax advisers throughout the tenancy.
