SCCM Administrator Responsible for the creation of as well as maintain the agency three standard images using Symantec Ghost. Later tasked with the responsibility of converting the agencies standard images over to SCCM 2007 for deployment and maintenance. Member of the Change Management and release team responsible for the approval of all changes made to the agency’s three standard images. Instructed team members and new technicians on the use of SCCM for offline installations.  Responsible for the creation of various collections for OS and software deployments and updates. Responsible for the creation of the various advertisements used for the deployment of software packages, OS upgrades and updates. Created the software packages in SCCM for the agency’s applications that were deployed through SCCMs advertisements. Distributed the software packages and the agency’s standard image to the distribution points across the state for use by onsite technicians.  Co-ordinated meetings with various department personal with the Change Management team to discuss possible changes to the agency’s standard image. Create in-house test domain for testing various software packages and deployment with SCCM 2007 prior to release. Responsible for training and assisting fellow junior and intermediate level technicians on tasks pertaining to their job duties. Created various technical/instructional documentation for technicians and new users. Provided onsite hardware/configuration, software installation and troubleshooting. Diagnosed viruses, adware, malware and spyware on end users systems and resolved issues. Migrated the agencies end user systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 Server administrator responsible server maintenance, system health and monitoring system logs. Setup, configure and maintain agency network multi-function printers and print queues.
