I've had a long career in the Trucking Industry it started 50 years ago. My humble beginnings began with the guiding principles and core values of integrity, pride, commitment, and dedication from my first position with Carl Subler Trucking Co. a 48 state common carrier. I owe much gratitude for the opportunity to develop and experience so many fundamental skills sets in the transportation world that carry on today. Over the years I wore many hats, in Driving, Dispatch, Logistics, Sales, Operations, Safety and Compliance, Maintenance Supervision, and manager of the Onboard computer systems, ELD's, OPS Center, Xatanet, and Omnitracs. Over the past decade I’ve developed a strong passion for health and fitness. I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, in NYC. Aside from my HHC certification, IIN it has paved the way for many other achievements. I am now a Published Author, Public Speaker,Teacher on Nutritional Health and Fitness, Safety and Wellness. An organic farmer, personal chef, a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.A featured presenter and instructor at the Old Orchard Beach Saco Community Adult Education Center for personal and professional enrichment.
