Provide executive leadership for compliance program effectiveness in a highly-regulated segment of the healthcare industry.Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for International business unit, including locations in Ireland, Israel, India and Philippines. Responsible for establishing a highly effective and comprehensive compliance program, Anti Corruption (FCPA), process and system controls, local regulatory requirements, performance metrics and reporting, compliance management, risk management.Interim Corporate Chief Compliance Officer (2020-2021)Responsible for implementation and monitoring of effectiveness of company’s ethics, compliance and privacy program and strategy. Develop, initiate and maintains policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. Manages day-to-day operation of the program. Develop and maintain an effective compliance program for the organization, including promoting (a) use of the Compliance Hotline; (b) heightened awareness of Standards of Conduct, and (c) understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures.Direct, oversee, and control legal activities and functions and ensures protection of the organization from legal action. Key member of leadership team in providing company officers and directors with guidance in identifying critical problems and applying legal principles to minimize risk. Develop and maintain Standards of Conduct to ensure continuing currency and relevance in providing guidance to management, audit committee, board, and employees. Develop and oversee a system for uniform handling and investigation of identified compliance concerns and violations.

Key member of Florida executive team repositioning the company to improve relationships with regulatory agencies and other key external stakeholders.Direct report to President of Florida & Hawai'i Division with oversight of regulatory affairs, compliance and government relations activities in Florida and Hawaii.
