Served as the internal transformation leader for the Atlantic region’s leading human capital recruitment, consulting, and professional development firm. Created and implemented new processes relative to onboarding, role sharing/cross training, resource planning, distributed team framework, and employee talent development including goal setting. Responsible for the design and delivery of three internal employee-facing systems: a new client relationship management (CRM) system; the phased implementation of Office 365 collaboration and online document management applications; and, an applicant tracking system (ATS). Drove transformation at all levels of the organization with a focus on the employee and the customer experience.Led, coached, and developed a team of up to 18 staff across multiple accounts and overlapping client engagements. Responsible for junior and senior recruiters, project coordinators, researchers, and administrators across special internal projects and for external sourcing of private sector, government, and post-secondary academic executives. Accountable for client engagement, final client deliverables, resource allocation, data analytics, onboarding design and execution, process improvement, performance management, and training.

Held a leadership role at corporate headquarters managing internal projects for the Human Resources department, as well as coordinating and influencing division-wide HR Transformation and Talent Development initiatives. Had managerial accountability for several headquarters HR employees, as well as having project team and individual contributor responsibilities for process improvement initiatives, communications campaigns, change agent networks, and tech adoption pilot programs. Reported to the Senior Vice President of Headquarters Human Resources. With an emphasis on internal consulting, success in the role was highly dependent on setting client expectations, harmonization of processes and operational initiatives, collecting stakeholder feedback, communication planning, intensely collaborative teamwork, and the timely delivery of solutions that had employee-facing outcomes impacting a scope of 10,000+ people. Key projects included the implementation of a new talent and performance management process that shifted all client groups to a modernized performance rating and feedback system (SAP SuccessFactors); the rollout of national incentive programs with variable compensation components; and, the adoption of a new HR data analytics system with predictive modeling, diversity metrics, performance reporting, and succession planning analysis (SAP SF Workforce Analytics).Had additional day-to-day accountability for employee and labour relations, employee data administration, HR data analytics, executing learning strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with diversity and inclusion programming.

As a vital leader within the firm, had accountability for client development, project management, branding, and overall sales strategy. Responsible for a team of 12 direct reports and their accounts. Provided bi-monthly analysis of revenue streams and employee activity to the senior leadership team (SLT).Key accomplishments included: guiding the SLT through a new corporate branding initiative along with a new website launch; the roll out of a client relationship management (CRM) system; and the design and delivery of an internal talent strategy that included organizational restructure, redesigned compensation strategy, and the development of corporate and employee values.
