• I replaced IBM Point of Sale hardware, including hand scanners, and then would troubleshoot the systems until they were fully functional.
• I replaced IBM servers on-site, coordinating with an off-site partner that did the data transfers. Once replaced I would troubleshoot the server and cash registers until all were fully functional.
• I replaced network printers, then would troubleshoot the printer and network until all were fully functional.
• All duties were done on an on call basis, with no on-site supervision.

• I imaged Windows XP to an image server, using Symantec Ghost, and then would transplant the image onto new systems. I would then do a remote transfer of user data from the user’s active system to the new system. After.
• Using HEAT Help Desk I responded to Tier 3 Help Desk referrals. I would then troubleshoot either remotely or on-site as required. These referrals ranged from USB hub installations, malware removal, to network printer.
