I am a seasoned professional with over 30 years of global accounting & auditing experience and lead PwC's US Banking & Capital Markets ("BCM") Assurance business.I have led and worked on many of PwC's largest BCM audit clients headquartered in both the US and UK and with sizeable operations including in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. My roles have provided me with extensive and varied experience on all major BCM lines of business including trading, investment banking, commercial and consumer lending, credit cards, auto finance, asset management, and corporate functions such as Treasury and financial reporting. I served these clients as they went through multiple business cycles, M&A activity, business disruption, technology transitions, regulatory challenges and management changes which honed my strategic thinking. These experiences have enabled me to develop deep and broad industry knowledge, important connections throughout the PwC network, strong leadership and team building capabilities, and a global mindset, which I use to advise clients through a transparent and concise communication style.In addition, following the global financial crisis, I led PwC's Financial Services ("FS") SEC team in our US National Quality Organization ("NQO") for three years specializing in SEC reporting, accounting and disclosure matters for both domestic and foreign private issuer FS clients. This experience enhanced my decision making and expanded my technical capabilities.
