As a Scrum Master for a 10+ person software development team at the NSWC, I support the agile development of multiple software products that form a critical decision support system for the Navy. Besides the standard Scrum Master responsibilities, I am dedicated to identifying and eliminating inefficiencies within our development processes and across associated teams such as testing, deployment, support, project management, and systems engineering. In my role at Intelligrated, I oversaw complex material handling projects, specializing in conveyor systems, sortation, robotics, automated storage and retrieval systems, palletizers, and comprehensive warehouse automation solutions. This position involved working closely with in-house manufacturing teams, as the company preferred to utilize its own products and facilities for project execution. I was responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across multiple disciplines—mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and infrastructure—while tracking project progress using MS Project. My duties extended to onsite supervision during installation and commissioning to ensure that all systems were operational and delivered as promised. My client portfolio included high-profile companies such as Amazon, Frito-Lay / PepsiCo, E&J Gallo Winery, and Leprino Foods, with a focus on projects located in the western United States.

At DMW&H, I managed the end-to-end execution of large-scale material handling projects, including conveyor systems, sortation solutions, automated storage and retrieval systems, and robotics for a diverse client base. My role involved coordinating with various teams—mechanical, electrical, controls, software, and infrastructure—to ensure that all aspects of the project were designed, delivered, and installed according to the client's specific requirements and timelines. This position required my presence onsite during installation and commissioning phases to guarantee that projects were handed over successfully. As a Consultant specializing in process improvement for startups, I played a pivotal role in enhancing product designs to boost market competitiveness, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.
