Provided financial modeling, market analysis, business strategy, slide deck enhancements and funding strategies including cap table scenario analysis.Project Gamma (Sep 2017 to Nov 2017) – Medical device acquisition and turnaround. Provided financial modeling, performed due diligence, valuation analysis, funding strategies and created new management structure and incentive plan. Developed overall turnaround strategy with enhanced business model.
