Senior Supplier Manager, Global Supplier Management• Development of Global Supply Management strategies in order to:• Maximize savings opportunities.• Manage risk.• Maintain quality services.• Negotiation• Negotiates pricing, service levels, and terms & conditions with global suppliers for the purpose of sustaining both organic growth and the best value for KPMG’s global framework of member firms.• Relationship management• Responsibility for the implementation and day-to-day management of contracts and plan to pay requirements with KPMG global suppliers (including but not limited to: hardware, software, telecommunications, subscription services, security, outsourcing, consulting, and advisory services).• Develops and delivers relationship management and service level standards based on established industry standards • Process management• Manages Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFI) processes, as appropriate, and required to support the supplier selection processes.• Manages the KPMG contract life cycle process for the agreed supplier(s).• Client Management• Resolves escalated local supplier conflicts at a regional level.• Provides guidance to KPMG member firms’ procurement functions and Lines of Business on implementing global contracts.
