As a senior lecturer for the BSC honours in digital marketing, my duties include creating relevant learning resources and research activities for my cohorts and lectures.I am also responsible to coordinate the work of colleagues to help identify and respond to students' needs to give them a level of pastoral care equivalent to that of a HE or school setting to ensure the safety of the student spending their time at the University.I am also responsible for the design and delivery of my modules within the course and the overall assessment and feedback process that comes with those assignments.

As an Associate Lecturer at Ravensbourne University, I lecture students on a variety of levels and courses, including the Foundation Programme's Media Production Pathway, The Visual Design Pathway, and The Access to HE course (Creative Media).I've given lectures on a variety of topics related to the creative media sector, including Web design and SEO, Graphic Design, and Animation.

I've continued my freelance career while working as an educator in both HE and FE, working with a number of consistent customers on both brand & web design and content creation.

In order to join the DSL team, I underwent training in both Mental Health First Aider and Advanced Safeguarding in addition to my course-leading and lecturing responsibilities at Access Creative College in November 2020.I now have a caseload of high-risk, EHCP, difficult-to-teach, and self-requested students to supervise and counsel while they are studying with us at the college.In order to secure the general well-being of all learners, this function frequently entails reaching out to other protective social worker organisations and London-assisted counselling services.

At Access Creative College, I had the responsibility of overseeing a variety of media courses, including those graphic design, web design, videography, photography, and animation.I collaborated closely with my coworkers and my department head to ensure the smooth operation of the variety of courses we offered, all of which have BTEC Pearsons or RSL examining boards that were moderated.Among my responsibilities are the formulation of lesson plans, work schedules, curriculum, marking, IV'ing, and general technical tutor support.As my tenure at this company progressed, I assumed more managerial duties, helping the head of my department with the creation of the final major project and the overall organisation of the media department in terms of how we function during term time and exam periods.The pastoral and safeguarding obligations that naturally support the learners during their time with us as a FE institution were part of my responsibility in addition to teaching and overseeing the students.

While working at Spotlight Multimedia, which was publicly sponsored by Havering Adult College. I lectured on graphic and web design for Level 1 and Level 2 courses. This led to the creation of the student briefs using the standards provided by NFCE and Pearsons. I spent the majority of my time there working on tutorial-based lectures for Adobe products including Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC.Along with assessing student work, I also had to give both formal and informal feedback to students at key points throughout their courses.

Whilst working at South Essex College, I worked as a Graphic Design Lecturer for the Level 3 Graphic Design course. Whilst working there I was mainly involved in tutorial-based lectures in the Adobe programs, such as Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC and Adobe InDesign CC. Some of the priorities and responsibilities of my job were simply technical tutor duties involving the creation of sessions, resources, schemes of work and other teaching side materials.

Whilst working at Blue Inc and Officers Club, I was in charge of redesigning and managing the POS and branding at Blue Inc. This was left in an outdated state from 2011 and my role was to redesign and bring the company into the 21st century, this was done over a course of months, slowly changing and disrupting the new branding to stores to update their look.My roles were to design and approve POS products, as well as to design website assets and general company artwork, this was paired with the task of managing, ordering and disrupting the POS to over 90 stores across the UK & Ireland and then monitoring the stores to ensure the products were being used in the correct manner as designed.

I worked as a Graphic Designer at Fashion UK & Global Licensing in London, where we worked with licensing within merchandise for multiple companies including, Disney, DC Comics, Marvel, Harry Potter and others. Within my role, I took the lead of accepting, creating and designing of briefs as well as the organization of sampling, production and approvals within the team.

During my time working for Pixelspark I worked as a server manager and as the Lead Environmental Designer, this consisted of managing several servers alongside each other. The server had over 15 Million users runs and grossed upwards of £30,000 a month. My roles were spread over several areas including management of over 150 staff and coding.
