I am responsible for all aspects of construction at KZ Companies, as well as site planning, drafting and design. I work to complete projects from land acquisition, site planning, design to construction, management and closeout.

Estimating new construction ranging in size and values from $30,000 to $8,000,000. I processed all takeoffs, RFQs, RFIs, pricing, labor times and bid multiple jobs at one time.I have experience estimating Specialties, DFH, Architectural Woodwork, Laboratory Casework, Standing & Running Trim and Plastic Laminate Casework and Tops.

I was the sole Project Engineer for 5 Project Managers at LAAC, which was the company formed to manage the construction of the 1,000,000 SF STAPLES Center, home of the L.A. Lakers, the L.A. Clippers and the L.A. Kings.I worked hand in hand with each of these Managers and assisted them with anything that they needed throughout their daily responsibilities. I processed all documentation; RFIs, ASIs, and complete document control of the plans. My office worked directly under the Owner and processed all requests from him to the Architect and General Contractor.
