Powershell scripting is used to expedite processes and automate some tasks. Position has an emphasis on customer care with a high amount of client interaction. Coordination of projects with other IT teams and a strong ability to work without supervision is necessary for this position. Remote administration and control tools are utilized extensively. I have personally trained and learned the use of Docker and Docker Compose to deploy applications and have starter level Linux administration skills.
