Field Support Manager
Current Promotion: Progressed from a supporting role to cross-functionally managing marketing promotional program and all communication with key stakeholders. Manage KPI reporting for the national sales force: Provide monthly updates utilizing company data sources to indicate performance vs the aligned KPI targets. Work with the management team to calculate and determine KPI targeting and creating planning files. Provide follow-up, support and explanation of calculation methodology if any questions or concerns arise with the reporting. Marketing Promotional Program Management: Coordinate sales force initiatives between marketing and sales management teams. Evaluate the effectiveness of the plans put in place. Territory Administration & Optimization: Develop an optimization plan for all field sales territories. Manage territory optimization to support new hires and the creation of new territories or the re-alignment of existing territories utilizing AlignStar database. Utilize Seibel database to assign accounts, create stores & chains and territory management. Marketing Data Analysis: Conduct Marketing performance reports in multiple systems such as SAP, Gateway 360, and STARS.
