Direct point of contact and internal reference for Ubisoft and BLAST on all things Rainbow Six Siege.- Input, review, feedback and ideation of league, Major and SI formats with Ubisoft and BLAST. Discussions and ideations on relationship between leagues, majors and SI with Ubisoft and BLAST. Consulted on rulebook additions to benefit the wider ecosystem. Consulted on comp ops decisions involving the breaking of rules, management of PR and comms around comp ops decisions, and considerations of rulings on wider ecosystem and global leagues. Sharing formats with needed parties - production partners, broadcast takers, talent, internally, costream and watch parties.- Managed, consulted and led on English and alternative language coverage of leagues, majors and SI - accounting for over 80% of our global viewership. Designed operational workflows between production partners, talent and Ubisoft hubs to ensure consistent improvement possibilities.- Work with Ubisoft and content creators to align on broadcast and costream opportunities, work with Ubisoft and content creators across longstanding marketing opportunities and community relationships, conception and execution of the creator show matches, lead on the design and creation of the BLAST R6 weapon skin, Twitch ads and Youtube VOD management, back office platform and API additions and integrations, lead on relationship and collaboration to execute our grassroots offerings through Challengermode.
