Deployed as a Team Lead for 9 months project that was a technology refresh project for the Americas. As a team lead I was involved in; new hardware implementation, network operating system change over, Lotus Notes client upgrade, implementation of encryption, and management of subcontracted labor.On daily bases I provide support for smartphone devices, new equipment deployment, server/desktop software related issues, network/server/desktop hardware related issues, VPN related issues, tape backup, updating knowledge base articles, creating procedures for service desk and tier 3 overflow for a user community of 4600 users.

A member of a well choreographed team of four that worked to provide technology needs for the following; attorneys, law practice staff, office staff, document productions center staff, global headquarters staff, and guests. Duties ranged from technology needs for onsite and offsite conferences, presentations, meetings, webinars, video conferences, depositions, new hires, terminations, imagining equipment, hardware deployment, hardware refreshes, desktop, applications, mobile device support, office moves, office floor relocation, and writing knowledge base articles.
