Robert has been a commercial real estate agent since 2002. He joined KW Commercial in March 2012 and is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. He works with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial properties. He has significant experience in multi-family projects, including the rezoning process for projects and D4 221 HUD financing. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009. In 2012, Robert was promoted to Managing Director of the KW Commercial Team.Robert served as the 2011 and 2012 President for the East Tennessee Chattanooga Chapter of CCIM and has served several years on the local Chattanooga Association of Realtors Board. He is an active tennis enthusiast and served on the Board of the Manker Patten Tennis Club, where he oversaw the development and construction of their $1.5 MM club house.Robert, a Chattanooga native, graduated from the University of Tennessee after attending Chattanooga's McCallie School. His BS degree in Industrial Engineering led to a broad career experience. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, Robert was President of Central Park of America, Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of site selection, financing and site development for company-owned and franchised restaurants. Central Park was the second largest franchised double drive-thru, quick-service restaurant chain in the country with about 80 locations in 12 states. He gained 10 years of corporate real estate experience while at Central Park.He has pursued his interest in commercial real estate by owning and managing several personal investments, including apartments, office condominiums, self-storage and office buildings, as well as raw land. He is actively involved in creative and practical financing for many types of properties.Robert and wife Pamela make their home in Stuart Heights. They have three grown daughters.
