The fact that he even got his foot in the door is a testament to his professionalism, sincerity, and salesmanship. However very soon after I met him, I realized I had a hold of one of the more valuable vendor reps I had ever encountered. He was address all of my needs and even able to ferret out needs I didn't even know I had. With respect to those he couldn't immedidately resolve or that weren't within his service area, he did whatever was necessary to get me the answers I needed and resolve my issues. Just the fact that he could manipulate the software to the extent he could, and even better, explain it to others, was remarkable. Any time I had a problem with Lexis I couldn’t resolve with the people assigned to me in their organization, all I had to do was contact Robert, and he would make any problem go away. However, not only is he the consummate salesman, the all knowing technician, the patient and empathizing teacher, but along the way he became a friend and someone I enjoyed visiting with and going to lunch with, almost as much, and maybe even moreso, than I enjoyed what he could do for me and my business professionally. I am sure whatever Robert decides to do, he will excel at. I cannot commend Robert to you highly enough. He is one of those people you meet but a few times in your lifetime."
