Since joining Hagens Berman, Rob Lopez has worked on antitrust, unfair-competition, and contract-related litigation against some of the largest companies in the United States. He also has worked on pharmaceutical pricing and off-label marketing class-action litigation. Additionally, he has litigated consumer-protection, privacy and data-breach, and securities class-action matters. Rob is also a member of the firm's qui tam, or False Claims Act (i.e., whistleblower) team.Previously, Rob practiced in the fields of complex commercial litigation; franchise litigation; eminent domain litigation; employer-employee litigation; and intellectual property litigation. In addition to appearing in state courts in his native Washington, Rob has appeared in various federal courts around the U.S. He also has defended complex adversary proceedings in federal bankruptcy court. And in his previous practice, he advised clients with respect to trademark, trade-name, copyright, and Internet-communications law.
