Led the union movement’s first coordinated online mobilization program, which grew to include more than 8 million activists in 600-plus union organizations nationwide. Negotiated and managed national contracts with business partners on behalf of 14 million union members.

Managed national organizing program for one of the largest unions in the US (1998–2000). Helped supervise 100 field organizers nationwide and oversaw $20 million organizing department budget. Carried out strategic campaign support, target assessments, financial analysis, budgeting, and personnel administration. Directed national department staff. Responsible for all fundraising for nation’s largest community media center. Raised over $1.3 million in new funding from corporate, foundation, individual, and government sources. Helped create new community media programs. Developed major capital campaign for national landmark building.
