Robert earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2005 from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and his J.D. from Capital University Law School in 2009, summa cum laude. In 2010 he received his LL.M. in Business and Taxation, also from Capital University Law School.He is admitted to practice by the Ohio Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court.Robert Franco has been a small-business owner and employer in Mansfield, Ohio, since 1993. In 2002, he founded Source of Title.com, a news and marketing site for the title insurance industry with more than 16,000 members nation-wide.
