Also represented clients in the entertainment, real estate, and financial services industries. Obtained favorable results in both federal and state courts and in all phases of litigation, from the pleadings stage through trial.

I performed research regarding Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS) and its effects on the efficacy of mortgage securitizations. The project aimed to further understand the problems associated with MERS through an exposition of legal and economic principles.

I assisted the attorneys in the Consumer and Environmental Protection Division with research and trial preparation. The division pursues civil and criminal cases involving fraud and other economic crimes committed by businesses. Subject matter included deceptive advertising, employer fraud, tax evasion, and anticompetitive practices.
