Family Lifeworks seeks to penetrate and permeate the culture with a vision of family life as being the first place where virtue is nurtured and developed. • Responsible for the development, design, implementation, and revision of a character development and life skills curriculum for grades 6-12; authoring and designing 41 presentations and workshops. Collected the required state, national, and archdiocesan standards and used them to ensure desired learning outcomes were met through the curriculum. Delivered thousands of presentations to over 2,800 students and 500 parents at schools in four different states on a monthly basis. Group sizes ranged from 30 to 300 people. • Obtained, organized, and developed training procedure manuals, guides and course materials. Supported the training of new hires to implement the curriculum. Managed all of the teachers presenting the curriculum. • Designed instructional strategies, activities, media and materials to reach curriculum objectives. Researched and applied best strategies, practices and approaches of presenting and delivering content to different ages and learning styles. Conducted reviews of curriculum and its objectives assessing the need for modifications to content and structure. Developed alternative teaching and training methods when expected outcomes not accomplished. • Collaborated closely with each school’s principal, administration, and faculty.
