As a manager in big box retail I was taught that our associates are the biggest asset making for a successful. a re and profitable store and team. The past 15 years I was lucky enough to gain that knowledge and experience. associates and training from my previous employers. What ive learned over the years as a manager how performance appraisals are the single most important tool for mananger healthy store and if your not collecting substance for your associates throughout the year so they have a positive appraisal.
