I aworked with a large Healthcare retail organization to create and manage the processes and technologies in a Digital Innovation Lab. I played a key role in structuring the enterprise in terms of its governance structure, business processes, and business information. I had the responsibility of aligning strategic goals and objectives with decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives. My primary focus was the business motivations, business operations and business analysis frameworks and related networks that link these aspects of the enterprise together. I worked to develop an integrated view of the Innovation Lab using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques while ensuring smooth transition to the enterprise and product development.

I am currently assembling and managing a mobile development team to fulfill the requirements in the roadmap.

My role involved the management and implementation of several IT initiatives ranging from $1M to $9M. I provide hands-on technology planning and leadership for major area clients. Utilizing .NET, J2EE, Websphere and Sharepoint.The effort included the design and implementation of a public and private Websphere based portals. I was also responsible for the design configuration, implementation and administration of several Shapoint and Team Space sites for management teams and development efforts.I also established processes to achieve CMMI level 3 and the integration of the Rational Unified Processes into the Information Services Division.
