I’m transitioning from “time poor” to “time rich”. I’m excited to be taking on a new School Governorship role, whilst my interest in climate change has led me to study for the CFA-ESG certificate. My passion for investing connected me to The Pension Regulator and Pension Trusteeships. My concern about Mental Health has only grown requiring commensurate support for organisations such as the CMHA. And time now also allows for all the sports I previously loved but failed to master over the last 30 years! I am a senior financial services executive with experience in both banking and asset management. I have led teams of 100+ people across financial market sales, relationship management and asset distribution both on a global and regional scale with achieved budgets exceeding $1bn+Success is a team effort led by trusted leaders with passion, integrity, and a firm knowledge of how to leverage the challenges facing firms today. I have thrived in my work by understanding industry trends and the challenges facing firms today whilst equipping myself with the tools required to build best in class client franchises. I have had a primary focus on relationship management, transforming complex platform infrastructure within a tightly controlled regulatory environment, mentoring and training, all the while keeping a sharp focus on productivity.I now wish to leverage these skills by taking senior leadership and/or governance roles in the pension and investment trustee environments, businesses focused on sustainability and further charitable roles.I’m available to discuss Relationship Management, Investment Trust and Pension Fund Trusteeships, FinTech, NED and ESG roles as well as voluntary work for schools and mental health organisations.
