I have been working as an independent financial adviser (IFA) since 1996. During that time I have had considerable experience of most areas of financial advice. This includes: - all areas of pension advice, including pension transfers, - all areas of protection,- investment advice, and the most appropriate tax wrappers for those investments, as well as - estate planning, often working in conjunction with other professional advisers, such as solicitors and accountants. - I also have looked after employee benefits for a large number of companies. - We also make use of cashflow forecasting to help clients explore where they have got to, and look at various scenarios; such a powerful tool, which really brings things to life. I currently look after primarily private clients, although I run pension schemes and employee benefits for a small number of SMEs. We make full use of the wide range of tax and investment wrappers available, to help clients achieve their financial aims and objectives in as tax efficient a manner as possible, and to suit their circumstances.
