Gibbs Fishing wholesales throughout North America and Europe and sells direct online - and it’s growing rapidly.Previously, Rob has led finance divisions of multi-billion dollar public corporations, led corporate strategy and M&A in both public companies and SMEs, and thrived in the high-adrenaline world of institutional derivatives trading.Rob is equally comfortable being an aspiring leader to employees on a ‘shop floor’ to a visionary leader around a Board table.Rob has in-depth governance experience backed by his ICD.D designation. A professional Board Director of 9 years, Rob has chaired multiple Board Committees including finance & audit, investment, nominations, and human resources and compensation, and led special committees in search of CEOs.The common thread in all Rob does is passion and purpose.
