I was the co-founder, President and a Director of Forterra Systems from 2002 until its acquisition in 2010 by Science Applications International (SAIC). Forterra was a leading provider of virtual world technology to government, academia and industry for training, e-learning, collaboration and operational applications. Its customers included organizations in the United States military and intelligence community, other public agencies, a number of US and international universities and various global corporations.Prior to founding Forterra, I held senior positions at Viacom, Sony, Scholastic and Prodigy Services Company, and had a consulting business with clients including AOL, Microsoft, Children's Television Workshop and CNET.
