Group Delivery Office works with the BCBSM sales team and the external customer implementing a new group to Blue Cross Blue Shield and complex group wide changes based on a current group renewal. Responsible for multiple group implementations concurrently. Manages the alignment with the sales management team and / or the account management team to verify the requirements for the group and build a customized Playbook to be used for the implementation.

Single point of contact on technology deliverables across all impacted segments of United Health Group. Manages Program schedule, resource plan, scope, riskm change management and budget plan.

Portfolio Manager Nov 2007 – Feb 2009• Provides leadership to develop complex statements of work, including scope, solutions, staffing and budgets. • Develops documentation in accordance with CSC standards and customer requirements. • Defines overall high level program plans and manages interdependencies between large complex global projects. • Manages Project Managers to maintain deliverables within agreed upon program requirements.
