Group Delivery Office works with the BCBSM sales team and the external customer implementing a new group to Blue Cross Blue Shield and complex group wide changes based on a current group renewal. Responsible for multiple group implementations concurrently. Manages the alignment with the sales management team and / or the account management team to verify.

Single point of contact on technology deliverables across all impacted segments of United Health Group. Manages Program schedule, resource plan, scope, riskm change management and budget plan.

• Develops documentation in accordance with CSC standards and customer requirements.
• Defines overall high level program plans and manages interdependencies between large complex global projects.
• Manages Project Managers to maintain deliverables within agreed upon program requirements.
