About Robert Hills
I spent the last 8 years working at Telco servicing clients all over the world via phone. My duties included sales as well as customer service and I dealt with clients financial data. I have had a lot of prior experience in sales both in a retail setting as well as direct sales. I also have training and experience in teaching. I spent several years as a SCUBA instructor and taught over 300 students to dive. I was not only trained in first aid, but was also an instructor. My first aid is not through St Johns, so I do not currently qualify as on site first aid in work place, but would be happy to get that certification if you are in need of an additional first aid attendant. I am skilled at repairing and maintaining several types of diving epuipment. While this may not apply directly to the postion that you are offering, this demonstrates my ability to understand and deal with technology. I have a very professional and personable telephone presence. I am very good at problem solving and am able to multi-task. I appreciate your taking the time to read my resume.
