President of a regional appraisal firm with offices located in Northern Baltimore County and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The firm offers business to business real estate valuation, consultation, specialized property management of agricultural properties, and technical review services to various Fortune 50 companies, leading regional national banks and credit unions. Mr. Hinton is Past President of the Maryland Chapter of The American Society of Appraisers and a Senior Designated Member of that organization. He is a designated member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, founded in 1868. He formerly held the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and was a member of the Regional Residential Admissions Committee. In addition, he has served as the State of Maryland's expert witness, defined as an Expert in Residential Valuation, in a prominent real estate flipping case prosecuted by the Attorney General's Office.

Review Appraiser and manager of the Residential Division of the Company. Responsible for assigning work, quality control, and managing clients relationships with the firm. Under Mr. Hinton's direction the client base and billings increased over three hundred percent.

Chief Appraiser of the Southeast United States of Household Bank, Fsb. Manager of Housekey Financial, the corporate name of the appraisal division for that area. Responsible for development of client base in addition to bank provided resources, management of staff appraisers, fee split appraiser panel and fee appraiser panel. National manager of the computer system utilized by all appraisal divisions nationwide. Responsible for beta testing and acting as a company liason to software vendors.
