My current position Group Director – Policy & Public Affairs at the NRMA. In this role I lead policy, advocacy, government, community and stakeholders, with oversight of external communications to support brand and reputation.In 2017 we acquired Manly Fast Ferry and Fantasea Cruising to support further expansion into travel and tourism. We also partnered with the NSW Government to launch the state’s first automated vehicle trial following new transport legislation. In 2020 we set aside planned centenary celebrations and made our extensive assets, services and staff available for healthcare and essential workers across Australia, including our Thrifty vehicle fleet, delivery services, holiday parks, resorts and hotels.To continue to bolster our travel and tourism assets, we acquired Coral Expeditions and the largest tourism sector portfolio in Tasmania, making us a major operator in Australian tourism. We are also continuing to build Australia’s largest electric vehicle fast charger network in partnership with the Australian and NSW Governments to support future forms of mobility, particularly electrification, connectivity and automation.Before joining the NRMA, I was privileged to be part of NSW Premier Mike Baird’s team who resolutely pursued a bold vision to truly transform the state by focusing on economic management and the delivery of generational infrastructure and services. Following Mike’s departure from politics, I remained with the Office of the Premier for several months to support the NSW Government’s transition.I’m truly passionate about the betterment of our community and am always eager to associate with others who share this ongoing aspiration, so please don’t hesitate to reach out.
