Mr. Robert Glass, Project Manager, is responsible for managing in situ thermalremediation (ISTR) site design, construction, operations, and innovations for TRSGroup (TRS,) both domestically and internationally.Mr. Glass is responsible for the execution of complex thermal conductionheating (TCH) and electrical resistance heating (ERH) projects based onadvanced engineering principals and company standards. He supervises clientinteractions, site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Additionally, heassists with the development of documents required to meet project needs,including permit applications, work plans, health and safety plans, progressreports and final reports. Mr. Glass is responsible for maintaining projectbudgets and managing project financial tracking systems. He also participatesin research and development efforts pertaining to the development of new andexisting technology application systems.
