The plan included the department teams’ areas, network closets, doors, and walls. I ensured ample space for each department to grow for five years.► I built a highly praised data warehouse at NoviXus Pharmacy Services that was designed to keep track of 340B accumulations. The data warehouse tracked and displayed all accumulations from multiple vendors, data sources, and formats. This solution ended up being sold to a 340b provider impressed with our ability to show them overdue or outstanding items.► I boosted website orders by 3% in one year and received 12% fewer complaints related to functionality at NoviXus Pharmacy Services by making the website more user-friendly. To achieve this, I rebuilt the website using the same look and feel while making the site more accessible for patients. This approach also allowed our call center to follow our patients’ issues and questions more easily.► I have managed 30 staff and a 3 million dollar budget.
