Combines the roles of business strategist, connector, and developer of leadership teams and individuals to firstly understand and then profoundly influence the system in which they work. Specific expertise includes managing acute situations – acquisitions, mergers and wide scale organisational change and development in Europe, US and ME – as well as performance improvement at the unit or departmental level of complex organisations. Robert supported Simon Milton to create Pulse Brands and continues to work with the Pulse team. Pro-bono roles include:- Director of Akatemia, a not for profit he co-founded in 2011 to bring 'learning by doing' entrepreneurship education to undergraduate business degree courses in UK universities. Now extending our support to Business and Community organisations who want to create Team Learning environments.Educated in the UK, Robert has a first degree in Engineering and Economics and holds postgraduate qualifications in Psychology and Philosophy.
