I specialise in working with lawyers looking for individuals to help them better maximise the recovery and management of solicitors' fees on an ad hoc or contract basis, whether to deal with a gap in expertise, sudden surges and backlogs in workload, for staff departure and holiday cover, to provide a full service whilst simultaneously reducing risk or to reduce fixed costs without jeopardising quality or revenue. Being a committed professional, and having had experience of both small firms and larger offices, I am able to quickly absorb myself into my surroundings thus providing a seamless continuance of service to clients and the practice as a whole. Working from my office in Manchester, I am able to undertake short term assignments in the North West of England, and am willing to travel further afield to service longer contracts.
