US Navy Seventh Fleet Staff 1992 - 1994- Intelligence planning officer.- Responsible for planning all aspects of intelligence campaigns in the Seventh Fleet AOR. Direct support to staff strategic planning functions. - Planned, designed then saw through to completion the afloat intelligence center of the USS Blue Ridge, the first ship borne system which can be re-configured to suit any contingency.- Responsible for the planning for use of and configuration of all intelligence systems supporting the US Navy in the Western Pacific. - Innovator in creation of advanced information exchange systems.

Atlantic Intelligence Command 1990 - 1992- Led 85 person unit charged with supporting all US and allied forces operating in the Atlantic with intelligence. Responsible for all functions, including unit strategic planning. - Designed new Joint Intelligence Center.
