Managed a multi-platform environment with over 300 workstations and 100 production and development servers running Windows NT 4.0, Novell 4.x and Unix/Linux as well as Exchange 5.5 and Lotus 4.5 messaging systems.

Played an integral role in the day-to-day management of this 1000-bed hospital’s Windows NT/Novell LAN as well as a 400-terminal VAX VMS mainframe system supporting a user base of 800 employees. Duties included system backups, nightly batch processing, custom report development and, PC support.
